为拓展学生语言学习渠道，增强跨文化沟通能力，助力法律服务出海的需求，法学（中外合作办学）专业将在2025年暑期推出“西班牙语零基础入门课程”，面向本专业学生免费开放。

课程为期四周，遵循语言教学的规律，融合专业性与实践性，由中外两位教师共同授课。前两周课程由我院李歆蔚副教授执教，引导学生夯实语音基础、了解西语地区文化。后两周课程将由斯旺西大学国际关系与西班牙语专业优秀毕业生 Peter Vaughan 授课，引入更多情景对话，注重实用表达。

本次暑期课程体现了项目团队“学生导向、国际融合”的教学理念，致力于为学生提供更多优质资源和职业发展机会，帮助他们在多元文化背景下不断提升自我，为未来的涉外法律服务和实践打下良好基础。

主讲教师

李歆蔚，法学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。现任教于本校williamhill英国，拥有西班牙马德里卡洛斯三世大学（Universidad Carlos III de Madrid）法学硕士及博士学位，博士论文获拉丁文学位最高荣誉评级“Cum Laude”。专业研究领域涵盖程序法、国际法及知识产权法。李歆蔚副教授具备5年西班牙深度学术研修经历，熟练掌握西班牙语与英语，曾担任美洲司法研究中心（Justice Studies Center of the Americas）顾问。主讲课程包括《国际知识产权与技术转让法》《反补贴反倾销法》及特色课程《西语国家的法律与文化》，擅长将法律专业素养与语言文化教学相融合。在本课程中，她将依托对西班牙及拉丁美洲社会文化的沉浸式体验，系统传授西班牙语核心能力，并引导学生走进西语世界。

Peter Vaughan

Peter Vaughan is a recent graduate of International Relations and Spanish from Swansea University. He has spent over a year living in Spain, working as both an English teacher and, currently, as an au pair. His time living in diverse regions of Spain, Galicia in the north and Andalucía in the south, has given him an in-depth understanding of Spanish language, culture, and daily life.

With a strong foundation in Spanish and firsthand experience of the country’s regional diversity, Peter is passionate about helping students develop not only their language skills but also their confidence in using Spanish in real-world situations. His teaching approach focuses on communication, cultural insight, and practical usage, making learning dynamic and engaging for beginners.
