3月18日，瑞典哥德堡大学williamhill英国举办了主题为“重新审视贸易、运输和海事法律：正确看待风险与技术”的线上研讨会。会议包含四个议题：贸易和运输领域的法律制定及争议解决；不断发展的监管和合同制度；新技术在航运中的使用；海洋环境监管风险。williamhill英国Proshanto K. Mukherjee教授受邀在第二个议题中发言，题目是“救助协议和合同救助：海难救助中的风险”。同时，他还主持了第三个议题的讨论。我校毕业生、中国民航科学技术研究院刘慧茹博士也受邀在会上做了精彩发言。
On 18 March 2021, the Department of Law of the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, hosted an online conference on the theme "Revisiting Trade, Transport, and Marine Law: Risk and Technology in Perspective”. The conference comprised four sessions: Law-Making and Dispute Resolution Processes in Trade and Transport; Evolving Regulatory and Contractual Frameworks; Deployment of New Technology in Shipping; and Regulating Risk in the Marine Environment. Professor Proshanto K. Mukherjee was invited to speak in the Second Session. His paper was entitled "Salvage Agreements and Contract Salvage: Risks Dynamics in Salvage Law". Apart from that, he was also the Chairman of the Third Session. The DMU graduate, Dr Huiru Liu from the China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology, was also invited to make a presentation at the conference.

本次会议也是瑞典哥德堡大学法学系为 Lars-Goran Malmberg教授举行的荣休纪念活动。Malmberg教授是哥德堡大学运输法方向的负责人，研究范围涉及海商法、航空法等多个公法和私法领域。他与Mukherjee教授曾共同担任瑞典隆德大学海商法研究生项目的负责人。本次会议发表的部分论文将入选Malmberg教授纪念文集，由Brill（英国）出版社出版发行。哥德堡大学、隆德大学、世界海事大学作为提供海商法教育、坐标瑞典的三所知名高校，为国际海商法的发展做出了重要的贡献。近年来我校与上述高校的合作日益密切，越来越多的毕业生受益于瑞典的国际海商法教育。
The conference also marked the retirement of Professor Lars-Goran Malmberg from the Department of Law, School of Business, Economics and Law, at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Professor Malmberg was the Director of Transport Law at the University of Gothenburg and his research covered several areas of public and private maritime law and aviation law. Together with Professor Mukherjee, he was previously Co-Director of the postgraduate maritime law programme at Lund University, Sweden. Selected papers including those of Professor Mukherjee and Dr. Liu will be published by Brill UK as aLiber Amicorumin honour of Professor Malmberg. University of Gothenburg, Lund University and World Maritime University, are three well-known institutions in Sweden providing maritime law education that have made significant contributions to the development of international maritime law. In recent years, DMU has been associated with Universities in Sweden, from which several of our graduates have benefited greatly.
